GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL



      Adolescence is a stage that undergoes a lot of stress and strain. The problems encountered by them are varied ranging from personal, emotional, social, physiological, psychological etc. At this crucial stage, where an external support is needed in order to assure that they have help beyond their immediate family and friends, the Grievance Redressal Committee of our college acts as a sturdy platform of support that the students immediately relate to, feel familiar with, matured, friendly and worth of trust.
All the grievances that the students come across with respect to their personal, academic, familial matters can be addressed to the Committee either through suggestion boxes placed in various strategic points of the campus or also by personally approaching the members of the Grievance Redressal Committee or any other faculty member they feel most comfortable with. They are also encouraged by the Grievance Redressal Committee to share in their constructive suggestions to overcome the genuine grievances they experience related to personal as well as that of the campus.
On a thoughtful note, students are also reminded that the complaints they raise must be genuine and deliberate as the complaints once registered are treated with utmost seriousness. They are also assured that their complaints shall be treated with requisite sensitivity and confidentiality and the resolutions are duly recorded. Such an effective grievance redressal management mechanism in the institution has resulted in improved stakeholder relationship and contenment for both parties.
